Why I Became A Photographer

March 2, 2009

Still contemplating on a career change. But while I’m not there yet … this excerpt from one of my NYIP modules really inspires …

“I became a photographer because it involved me in the entire world around me.”
“I became a photographer because it provided me with food for my soul and bread for my table.”
“I became a photographer because it enabled me to observe the human condition
and to record the parade of human events.”

On that note, I’d like to share some more old photos that I’ve been working on. These were taken in Fall of 2003.

The colors are GREAT in these photos. What sort of post processing did you do?

Hi. I recognise that quote because I also started (but did not finish) a course with NYIP. Could you let me have the full quotation please. Or point me in the direction of where I might pick it up please?
