We have an old, small whiteboard, only 16″ x 22″. And it’s done its part. It was only meant for Troy’s notes but since we started homeschooling, Mica and I use it as well. Of course, we can’t forget Rinoa and all her doodlings.

We’ve been wanting a bigger whiteboard without the price. Troy’s solution: an 8′ x 4′ showerboard at Home Depot for $13 – not a bad substitute. He installed it this evening and now, we have all this white space just screaming at us to write on it. The downside? It’s not magnetic. So I guess all those magnets will just have to go on the fridge.
